surrender, accept, trust, release...

I move my fingers along the mala, one bead at a time... take a breath, and exhale. The next bead... take a breath, and exhale. Sometimes I say a mantra, repeating it in my mind with each bead, each breath.

A mantra I've been using for a long time is to say these words: "Surrender. Accept. Trust. Release."

I don't always use a mala when saying the mantra. Sometimes I say the words as I simply take a breath, or sit at a traffic light, or close my eyes for a moment.

When I feel the anxiety rise.

When I want to release worry.

When I want to center myself and come back to the moment.

Surrender. Accept. Trust. Release.
